Why does Our Disclaimer exist?

We operate various website properties including social networking sites to purely information websites and directory sites covering diverse niches. What we discovered is that every site needed a disclaimer and that disclaimers needed to be updated and adapted to various conditions and eventualities.

We discovered that we had developed a very good generic disclaimer that we could use to protect all of our websites. To cut a long story short we created OurDisclaimer so that we didn’t continuously have to update oodles of websites every time we tweaked our general disclaimer terms or updated them after gaining further legal advice or due to new legal precedents or threats arising.
